Building Adaptations | DESCRIPTION: Buildings and structures can be adapted individually or in groups to protect them from flooding. This can be accomplished by modifying their structure and interiors to resist damages due to flooding, or by raising the entire structure above expected flood levels. These measures are specific to the assets that they protect and do not provide comprehensive protection from flooding. |
